We're looking for a dynamic and resilient Behaviour and Inclusion Mentor to join our team at Bromley Campus. This role is an opportunity to make a genuine impact every day by supporting students to overcome challenges, re‑engage with learning and thrive within a positive, inclusive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting students to overcome barriers to learning through targeted, personalised interventions
* Using de‑escalation and trauma‑informed approaches to manage and improve behaviour
* Embedding restorative practice across the college to promote accountability and growth
* Helping students build resilience, confidence and self‑management skills
* Working collaboratively with staff to create a consistent, inclusive approach to behaviour and engagement
* Delivering training and sharing best practice to strengthen behaviour support across teams
