Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Head Office in Solihull, with UK travel required. You will deliver our training strategy, ensure compliance, and support employee growth across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify and prioritize training needs with business leaders.
* Manage training requests and records.
* Support the implementation of L&D strategies with the Talent Development Manager.
* Design and deliver leadership and management development programs.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and manage relationships with training providers.
* Support apprenticeship and graduate programs, including recruitment and onboarding.
* Maintain training matrices and ensure LMS alignment.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes, systems, and policies.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development.
* Proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role.
* Strong understanding of the full learning cycle and talent development strategies.
* Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
* Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes, funding, and industry standards is desirable.
* Experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus but not essential.
Package Description

* Salary between £33,000 and £37,000 plus company car or allowance.
