FP&A Analyst – Operations & Costs
Location: Brentford (3 days in office, hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + 10% Bonus

Join a fast-paced, PE-backed Environmental Services business making a meaningful impact. We’re seeking a commercially focused FP&A Analyst to take ownership of Operations & Cost analysis, supporting business growth and driving financial performance in a high-change environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with operational teams to deliver actionable insights on cost drivers and performance
* Own the forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes for operations
* Deliver robust cost analysis to identify efficiencies and support strategic decisions
* Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and investment appraisal
* Provide clear, data-driven reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
* Champion a continuous improvement and growth mindset within finance and operations
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong FP&A background, with specific experience in cost and operational analysis
* Industry experience in services, FMCG, telecoms, or similarly fast-moving sectors
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Proven ability to build strong relationships across finance and non-finance teams
* Thrives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment with high standards
* Commercially astute, proactive, and results-driven
