The Role:
Our client, a growing organisation based in Redditch, is seeking an Interim Management Accountant to support their finance team during a transitional period. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll manage the preparation of management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting to provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Deliver insightful financial reporting and commentary.
* Monitor cash flow and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Assist with audits and compliance to UK accounting standards.
* Drive process improvements and system upgrades.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Strong experience in management accounting, ideally in manufacturing or similar sectors
* Advanced Excel skills + ERP systems )
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
