Role Description

You will play a key role in safeguarding children and young people, working from various locations across North Yorkshire as needed.
Work Environment and Responsibilities
Our modern technology enables flexible working, including from home. As an IRO, your duties include chairing reviews, overseeing care plans, conducting Child Protection Conferences, Regulation 44 visits, and Annual Reviews for Foster Carers. You will contribute to quality assurance and strive to improve outcomes for children and young people, maintaining high standards of care.
Qualifications
Applicants must be qualified Social Workers, hold a Diploma in Social Work (or equivalent), and be registered with Social Work England.
