Electric House...
Nestled among the pastel-coloured houses of Notting Hill, Electric House is located on Portobello Road next to one of the city's oldest cinemas. The club features a roof garden with an original domed ceiling, plus a programme of member events and late-night parties. An all-day menu is served in the main area on the first floor where there is an extended oak bar, plus a choice of informal lounge seating in upholstered sofas and leather chesterfield armchairs. Alternatively, you can opt for a cosy banquette booth with views of the open kitchen and wood-fire grill.
The Role...
We are seeking an experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our West London team at Electric House (W11 2ED). Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards
What we are looking for...
1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Sense of urgency
Yes, yes, yes mentality
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
