The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine room of our recruitment process, focusing on the high-level identification and engagement of top-tier sales professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying the UKs best sales talent, ensuring our clients have access to the elite candidates they need to drive their success. This is a vital role for a proactive professional looking to master the front-end of the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Master the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, to "hunt" for passive and active sales professionals.

Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling outreach messages and conduct discovery calls to sell opportunities and assess candidate fit.

Specialist Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to evaluate sales track records, personality, and career motivations.

Pipeline Management: Build and nurture "talent pools" for Direct Sales and Sales Management roles to ensure quick turnaround for clients.

Market Mapping: Research competitor landscapes and industry trends to provide expert insights to the wider team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Volume of high-quality candidate CVs submitted and accepted by the client.

Number of first-stage interviews booked and completed weekly.

Growth and engagement levels of your specialist candidate network.

Speed of response and candidate satisfaction scores.

Requirements:
A natural "sales" mindsetyou aren't afraid to pick up the phone and influence people.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (youll be writing a lot of outreach!).

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple "search" projects simultaneously.

Resilient, proactive, and eager to drive results within the talent acquisition space.

Previous experience in a recruitment, customer-facing, or sales-heavy environment is a major plus.
