Our client, a leading Building Services provider, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a large estate in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that offers strong internal development, career progression, and continuous training.
The role runs Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. You ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and representing the company professionally on-site.
Duties:
* PPMs & Reactive maintenance
* Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
* Organising subcontractors
* Quotations
* Health & Safety
* Logbooks
* Risk assessments
* Permits to work
Requirements:
* City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installations
* 17th Edition minimum
* At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance prior
* Career driven and client facing attitude
Salary and Benfits:
* GBP33,000 - GBP36,000 per annum
* Monday - Friday. 8am - 5pm
