We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Lead and manage all aspects of the operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
* Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development.
* Oversee food production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining hygiene standards.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Monitor financial performance, preparing reports on operational metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Experience
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the pub/restaurant is essential.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills.
* A solid understanding of operational management principles within the hospitality sector.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
