You will lead and manage support staff in your class and will have overall responsibility for the outcomes in your class. You will monitor and track the progress of pupils, ensure the quality of teaching, attendance and behaviour within your class is of a high standard. You will be innovative, able to analyse and interpret academy data to support learning goals. You must also demonstrate a commitment and/or interest in the area of SEND and have experience of working with children with SEND in your application and during your interview. It is desirable to have had experience of working with children with SEND.
