What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: At least 1 year as a multi-skilled Maintenance Operative with a preferred trade (essential).
* Hands-On Skills: Proficiency with machinery, tools, and completing a variety of tasks.
* Specialized Experience: Maintaining hot tubs (desirable) and at least 1 year of pool plant maintenance experience.
* Qualifications: Pool Plant Qualification (PWTAG) is desirable.
* Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Attention to Detail: Delivering 5-star standards consistently.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft systems and computer literate.
* Professionalism: Well-presented, with the ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and guests.
* Team Spirit: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
* Transport: Reliable transportation is essential due to our location.
