A global technology business launching its UK operation is looking for a National Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key retail partners across London and Hertfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company at the beginning of its UK expansion, helping build strategic partnerships with major retail groups.
The Role You will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, ensuring successful rollout and performance of automated technology solutions across multiple retail locations.
Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts
Act as the main point of contact for national and multi-site clients
Work closely with operations and engineering teams to support installations and ongoing service
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships within existing accounts
Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
Ideal Background Were keen to speak with candidates who have experience managing accounts within:
Retail groups
Vending or automated equipment
Retail technology / EPOS systems
Facilities or operational services
What We're Looking For National Account Manager / Key Account Manager experience
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Experience dealing with multi-site retail clients
Commercial awareness and ability to grow accounts
Full UK driving licence
Package £48,000 £60,000 basic salary
Company car
