Site Engineer / Geologist
Salary – £32,000 per year + van and fuel card.
Permanent Role.
Ground Investigation Contractor.
Manchester – Fully site-based.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage teams on small to medium sized geotechnical ground investigation projects on site.
* Ensure compliance in a technical, commercial and HSEQ sense.
* Log rock and soil samples (e.g., boreholes and trial pits) and carry out field testing and surveying.
* Perform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Degree level qualification in a related field (e.g., Geology or Geotechnical Engineering).
* Minimum of 18 months experience conducting ground investigations.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficient with MS Office.
* Full UK driving licence.
