What you’ll be doing
You’ll act as the bridge between technical teams and the wider business, owning work end-to-end as you help shape scalable, high-quality financial business systems.
Your role includes:
· Leading scoping workshops
· Mapping processes and building data flows
· Defining clear requirements and user stories
· Working with architects & tech leads on solution design
· Supporting QA, testing, and UAT
· Helping the business adopt new solutions smoothly and successfully
You’ll have genuine visibility across the organisation and the chance to make a tangible impact.
What you’ll bring
· Strong NetSuite system & process knowledge
· Experience across billing and finance processes
· Clear, structured communication skills
· Stakeholder engagement & influencing ability
· A passion for building quality, scalable processes and data structures
(BA or finance accreditations are a bonus, but not mandatory.)
