We’re supporting a growing organisation with a fantastic culture in their search for a permanent HR Business Partner. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is ready to bring strategic thinking, proactive solutions, and strong relationship-building skills to a business that’s on a journey of change and improvement.
The role:
As HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the HR function to be more strategic and future-focused. You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and supporting on all employee relations (ER) cases.
Designing and delivering a manager ER upskilling programme.
Ensuring effective use and management of the HRIS.
Line managing a small HR team.
Driving HR projects such as DEI, employee wellbeing, and employee engagement.
Supporting policy reviews and ensuring compliance with upcoming legislative changes.
Reviewing and updating HR documentation.
What we’re looking for:
Strong HRBP experience
Strong understanding of ER and confident in managing complex cases.
Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, strategic thinker with attention to detail.
What’s on offer:
Salary c£45,000pa (plus benefits package).
Hybrid working: 2–3 days a week in the Manchester office.
