The company’s products are designed to enable clinicians to more effectively and efficiently respond to patients in urgent need of rapid resuscitation. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is perfect for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy in financial operations. Schedule: Part-time, 25-30 hours with a hybrid work arrangement to include 2 (two) days in the office. Availability of 2 or more hours, at least 3-4 days in the week, is ideal for handling time-sensitive accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Core Accounting Functions Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness Manage customer setup procedures, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and quality-reviewed before system entry Handle order entry and invoicing for customer orders, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Team Contribution Collaborate effectively with team members across departments Maintain organized records and documentation for all accounting processes Support daily operations to ensure smooth financial workflow Participate in additional projects as time and workload permit Required Qualifications: Professional Skills Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks Commitment to accuracy and quality in all work output Technical Skills Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices Ability to learn new business applications for data entry and data retrieval (basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online is preferred) Ability to enter and retrieve data using Excel Comfort with G-Suite applications for email and internal communications 410 Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
