Position Role: Responsible for the training, administration, development of soldiers in a Rifle platoon both in barracks, on exercise and on operations. Responsibilities: Command Pl as per Unit s objectives and mission. Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed. Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development. Career management of all personnel under their command. Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary welfare or remedial action to OC. Responsible for health safety and welfare of all personnel under command. Be prepared to conduct any further tasks as designated by the CoC or OC.
