DEGREE APPRENTICESHIP
You will work towards a full-time job and study towards a degree apprenticeship with Manchester Metropolitan University for the BSc (Hons) Digital User Experience (UX) degree. This 4-year program involves part-time study at MMU's Manchester campus alongside your full-time role. An induction week at MMU is mandatory. The curriculum covers industry-standard UX approaches, including modules on UX origins, human contexts, creativity through research, and future trends. The degree culminates in a final project in collaboration with Capgemini's business.

Your UX degree will be relevant, and you will have opportunities to rotate through roles in user experience, interaction design, and content design, allowing you to specialize in your interests. YOUR PROFILE
Eligibility criteria include:
* 7 GCSEs A*-C including Maths and English (4-9) or equivalent
* 3 A*-C at A-level (excluding AS levels)
* Completion of a Level 3 Apprenticeship with relevant UX experience
* BTEC (Merit, Distinction, Distinction minimum)
* Right to live and work in the UK
* Work exclusively in England
This role is based in Telford, West Midlands. You should be within commuting distance and expect to work in the Telford office three days a week. Other roles may offer more location flexibility.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
Successful candidates must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing in the UK for the past five years, among other criteria.
