About The Role Knight Frank Nigeria is seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Facility Manager to lead facilities operations across a portfolio of high-profile properties. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, regulatory compliance, cost control, and strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a seasoned facilities professional with leadership capability, technical expertise, and a passion for service excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across assigned properties. Manage M&E systems, maintenance programmes, and service providers. Lead and develop on-site teams and technicians. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements. Manage budgets, service charge expenditure, and cost control. Build strong client relationships and provide regular performance reports. Person Specification Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology or related field. Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in facilities management with leadership responsibility. Strong technical knowledge of building systems and HSE compliance.
