Property Support Officer Temporary Contract £12.21 per hour Immediate Start Full-time We are seeking a dedicated Property Support Officer to join a small, collaborative team within a well-established organisation. This role involves delivering high-quality property support services and ensuring compliance standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong housing or property experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Due to the nature of this role, a valid drivers license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
* Conduct property visits to complete evaluations and safety checks.
* Maintain accurate records using internal systems for cross-team visibility.
* Monitor property inventories and source items as required.
* Complete administrative tasks both on-site and in the office.
* Facilitate document support sessions to ensure tenancy compliance and engagement.
* Report repairs promptly and assist with re-let processes to minimize void periods.
* Produce detailed reports and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Travel across designated areas to carry out property checks.
