Passmore Cleaning is currently looking to take on two dedicated part time cleaners to join our friendly team as a community facilities cleaner in Falmouth.

Role details
Position: Part Time Evening Cleaner
Location: Falmouth
Hours: 11-16 hours
Shift Pattern:
Wednesday - Saturday: 5pm onwards
Holiday and sickness cover: Shifts extended to cover other cleaners
More hours become available throughout the year for those who wish to take on additional local contracts and ad-hoc cover
Please note: Due to the nature of this site, we cannot hire anyone under the age of 18.
Pay and Benefits
We are a Real Living Wage Employer which means that currently, Passmore Cleaning employees over the age of 18 are paid £12.60 an hour which will rise in line with the Real Living Wage in April 2026.
Our flexible part time hours are ideal for students or those looking to top up their current hours.
We provide full hands on training including health and safety and professional cleaning techniques which gives you the change to gain valuable, transferable skills.
A company car is available for those with a full, clean, driving license and who are over 25.
What you will be doing
* Cleaning and locking public toilets, restocking supplies and reporting any issues.
* Maintain exceptionally high standards across all facilities
* Working independently while being part of a wider, supportive team.
What we are looking for:
* Local residents of Falmouth or those who are able to reliably commute.
* Reliable, hard-working individuals who are take pride in their work.
* Friendly, bubbly and confident cleaners who are prepared to clean public toilets.
* Good attention to detail and common sense.
* Previous cleaning experience, while helpful, is not essential to this position.
* A positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn.
