We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our team and support us during the busy Christmas period.
If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, supportive environment, this is the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Place corporate orders and liaise with clients
* Provide product advice and prepare quotations
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and delivery issues
* Keep accurate customer service records
What We’re Looking For:
* A people-first attitude and great communication skills
* Confident using IT systems and handling multiple tasks
* Positive, resilient, and eager to deliver excellent service
* Flexible with working hours during the festive season (some evenings & weekends)
* Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential, full training provided!
* Car driver is essential!
