The Role
This is an opportunity for a Banking & Finance Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join a Tier 2-ranked department at a highly renowned international firm in Glasgow.
You’ll work alongside some of the most highly regarded Banking Lawyers in the UK, advising on high-profile transactions for leading financial institutions, corporates and borrowers.

The Work
You’ll gain exposure to a broad mix of transactional Banking and Finance matters, including:
* General Corporate Banking
* Leveraged and Acquisition Finance
* Real Estate Finance
* Structured Finance
* Lender-side and borrower-side representation on high-value and often complex transactions
* Working with teams ranked highly in the L500 and Chambers on UK and international deals
* Supporting on large-scale transactions while handling your own matters with supervision

Your Experience
* NQ–2 PQE with experience in Banking and Finance
* Commercially astute and motivated to grow into a market-leading finance lawyer
