Prestige Staffing & Training Group are excited to announce we are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team!
Due to growth, we are looking to hire either an experienced Recruitment Resourcer or someone who can hit the ground running, to focus on filling jobs within Social Care.
The Role
* Identifying candidates using job boards and CRM
* Calling workers to assess suitability for job roles
* Speaking to references and obtaining performance feedback from clients
* Conducting Right To Work, qualification and compliance checks
* Sales lead production through reference checking & temp leads
* Dealing with general queries relating to contracts & pay
About You
* Outgoing personality
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* You must be confident on the phone
* Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A motivated and dedicated disposition
