<div><h3>Residential Property Solicitor</h3><p>Location – North Yorkshire</p><p>Full Time</p><p>QED Legal is working with an established regional law firm seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing property team across its North Yorkshire offices. This opportunity offers exposure to a varied caseload of residential property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage transactions from instruction through to completion, providing practical legal advice and maintaining high standards of client care throughout the process.</p><p>The role would suit a proactive and commercially minded solicitor looking to further develop their residential conveyancing experience within a respected regional practice.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases and remortgages.</li><li>Draft and review contracts, title documentation and leasehold paperwork.</li><li>Conduct searches and report to clients on all aspects of transactions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and third parties.</li><li>Support junior team members where appropriate.
</li><li>Deliver an efficient and high-quality service throughout the transaction process.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing.</li><li>Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx) or SQE qualified.
