What will you be doing in the product development assistant role?
* Coordinating samples, raw material sourcing, and lab testing with suppliers and manufacturers.
* Assisting with nutritional data, ingredient declarations, and compliance with food labelling regulations.
* Maintaining detailed product specifications and technical documentation.
* Tracking project timelines and helping ensure key milestones are hit.
* Collaborating with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to support go-to-market plans.
What we would like from you:
* Experience in a product support, technical, or NPD admin role
* An interest in the health & wellness industry especially sports nutrition or supplements.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confident using Excel.
* A good understanding of ingredients, labelling, and food safety is a bonus.
