This school is seeking an experienced TA who can confidently support learning across the classroom and step in where pupils need extra help. We are working with a trust based in Sunderland, looking for a level 3 Teaching Assistant.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting teaching and learning in lessons
Working with small groups
Helping pupils access the curriculum
Supporting behaviour and routines
Collaborating with staff
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 TA qualification
School-based experience
Confidence and initiative
Strong teamwork skills
