Students have diverse and complex needs, including PMLD, communication and behavioural challenges, and medical needs. Each learner follows a personalised programme designed to build independence, confidence, and life skills. The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Lecturer to deliver engaging, learner-centred teaching and lead on high-quality learning experiences. You will plan and deliver differentiated lessons, monitor progress, and support learners to achieve meaningful outcomes.
