The same contractor is also looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Estimator within its Leeds office.
The Role
You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive electrical tenders across a range of large-scale developments.
Key responsibilities
* Electrical take-offs and pricing from first principles
* Pricing LV distribution, containment, lighting, power, fire alarm and associated systems
* Managing supplier and subcontractor pricing returns
* Contributing to risk analysis and value engineering
* Supporting tender reviews and client meetings
* Coordinating with mechanical estimating colleagues on combined MEP bids
Requirements
* Proven background as an Electrical Estimator within building services
* Experience pricing medium to large MEP projects
* Strong technical and commercial understanding
* Detail-focused and able to manage multiple tenders
