Overview
About the role: The role involves working with the Exams Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the effective administration of College examinations and the examination process. Responsibilities include administering all examinations and safeguarding examination papers in compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisations rules and regulations. You will also manage the booking of online testing centres at Bromley and Orpington sites and other physical resources and space used for examinations, in compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisations rules and regulations. Coordinate the scheduling of the online exam timetable, invigilators, and additional support for learners in compliance with these rules and regulations.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work under pressure. Experience in an educational environment is desirable, preferably in exams or MIS, and familiarity with or knowledge of the Joint Council for Qualifications is helpful. To be successful, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and good IT and administrative skills.
