McCarthy Stone are recruiting a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at our prestigious Pym Court development in Topsham, Exeter. Built in 2022, Pym Court is a Retirement Living Plus development that consists of 53 apartments with the over 70's in mind, providing excellent on-site facilities and set within beautiful grounds. Hourly rate: £15.00 per hour day rate and £12.24 per hour SLEEPING night rate. Plus earn an additional £1 per hour for every hour worked from midnight Friday, to midnight Sunday. Hours: To cover shifts on an 'as and when' basis when required, to be discussed with the development Manager. Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30. Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am Our Relief Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period. You will want to work in the Health and Social care sector and preferably have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification although consideration will be given to a candidate with an alternative qualifications and relevant experience. Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams. Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
