Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Officer to join an NHS Trust on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This role focuses on providing high-quality technical support to staff, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and resolving escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: * Provide 2nd line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. * Troubleshoot and resolve escalated service desk tickets within agreed timescales. * Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems. * Liaise with 3rd line support teams and external suppliers when necessary. * Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and asset management.
