Key Responsibilities
* Analyse operational data to inform strategic decisions and monitor performance metrics
* Design and maintain reports and dashboards through Power BI
* Write and optimise SQL queries to extract and transform data efficiently
* Act as a data steward, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and proper usage of data across teams
* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data needs and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement
* Oversee data quality standards and drive the resolution of issues across relevant systems
* Support documentation efforts and data governance initiatives
