The Role
A commercially focused field sales position responsible for driving specification and project opportunities within the M&E sector.
Key responsibilities include:
* 80% focus on M&E contractors
* 20% engagement with M&E consultants and plumbing & heating merchants
* Driving specification of commercial heating and low carbon solutions
* Managing projects from early engagement through to installation
* Building and developing long‑term contractor and consultant relationships
* Providing technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience selling into M&E contractors (essential)
* Background in HVAC, plumbing & heating, or building services
* Strong understanding of commercial heating systems and specification-led sales
* Experience managing long-cycle, project-based opportunities
* A consultative, solution‑led approach to sales
