We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Hospitality Professional to take full control of our established tea room/restaurant in Northampton. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to run their own business without the upfront costs of setting one up.
About the Venue
* Established tea room/restaurant with a fully equipped kitchen and skilled chef.
* Loyal customer base but requires fresh energy, ideas, and strong management to reach its full potential.
The Role
* Take full day-to-day control of the tea room/restaurant operations.
* Lead, motivate and manage the team to deliver excellent service.
* Develop and implement strategies to grow footfall and revenue.
* Manage stock, suppliers, costs and ensure profitability.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
