Job Description
3. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient diary management and scheduling.
4. Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas and follow-up on action points.
5. Handle confidential correspondence and ensure accurate document management.
6. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication.
7. Organise travel arrangements and manage expense claims for senior team members.
8. Support the preparation of reports and presentations using relevant software tools.
9. Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the secretarial and business support department.
10. Assist with ad hoc projects as required, ensuring deadlines are met.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant (EA) should have:
11. Previous PA experience
12. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
13. Able to start immediately
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
15. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
16. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
17. Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
