What You’ll Do
As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in improving operational performance by:
* Extracting and analysing data from SharePoint, Mercury, and D365 across multiple regions.
* Tracking SLAs and performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
* Building Power BI dashboards to visualise trends and provide actionable insights.
* Collaborating with Operations and IT teams to enhance processes and ensure compliance.
* Turning raw data into clear, business-friendly insights that drive decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong data analysis skills and experience with SharePoint, Mercury, and D365.
* Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise way.
* Previous experience in operations or IT support analysis is a plus.
