We're supporting a high-growth, independent tax and advisory firm in Basingstoke as they recruit
a Personal Tax Senior Manager with a clear, structured pathway to Director within 1-3 years.
The Role
* Lead a high-value portfolio of HNWIs, entrepreneurs, property investors, and trusts.
* Deliver complex advisory work across residence & domicile, IHT, CGT, property tax, succession planning, and restructuring.
* Review complex compliance work and ensure high technical standards.
* Mentor and develop junior team members as part of a growing private client function.
* Play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and shaping the firm's tax strategy.
About You
* CTA qualified (or equivalent senior-level experience).
* Strong background in personal tax advisory and complex private client work.
* Confident leading client relationships and delivering high-quality planning.
* Proven leadership skills with experience developing staff.
* Commercially minded with an interest in contributing to firmwide growth.
