Our client, a rapidly growing heavy fabrication and welding business based in Stockport, is seeking to add an experienced Faro Arm Inspector / CMM Programmer to their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections using Faro Arm or CMM to verify components and products against technical specifications. * Operate and program CMM for precise measurements and quality assurance. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure all components meet quality standards. * Document inspection results and communicate any non-conformances or issues found during inspection. * Assist with problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintain a safe and organised workspace. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Faro Arm Inspector or CMM Programmer within a fabrication or welding environment. * Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications. * Proficiency in using Faro Arms, CMM equipment, and experience with Polyworks software (other software will also be considered) * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team. * Knowledge of ISO standards and industry best practices. * Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Stockport. * Legal right to work in the UK.
