Position Overview
As a Senior Talent Advisor at Fourth, you will combine hands‑on full‑cycle recruiting with strategic talent planning to drive recruitment efforts aligned with the company’s goals. You will mentor junior team members and act as a trusted partner to business leaders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a broad range of roles, with a strong focus on Tech/GTM hiring in the UK. Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned to their business needs. Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience. Conduct interviews, manage salary negotiations, employment checks, and reference verification.
- Sourcing & Pipeline: Lead on innovative sourcing strategies to build robust, long‑term talent pipelines. Leverage social media and passive candidate networks to market Fourth as an employer of choice. Build partnerships with universities and educational institutions to develop a junior talent pipeline. Plan and execute external attraction events such as job fairs and industry conferences.
- Workforce Planning & Strategy: Partner with Business and People Partners and senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned to long‑term staffing and organisational design needs. Manage external agency relationships and coordinate on new roles, restructuring, and workforce changes.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Create and implement diverse sourcing strategies to build inclusive pipelines and elevate diversity initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics to track recruitment metrics, forecast hiring needs, and deliver data‑driven insights to leadership. Monitor and maintain accurate data in the ATS; respond to data enquiries with urgency.
- Employer Brand & Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and People Operations to produce relevant employer branding content. Contribute to a global recruitment employer branding strategy alongside the wider People team.
- Mentoring & Training: Mentor and guide junior Talent Advisors, sharing expertise and promoting best practices. Conduct training for hiring managers on best‑in‑class recruitment processes.
Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar HR/recruitment role, with 3+ years in an in‑house recruitment function.
- Proven track record in Tech recruitment with the ability to recruit across all levels and business functions.
- Experience recruiting across multiple markets and geographies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future talent needs.
- Proficient with ATS platforms and social media sourcing tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders up to C‑Suite and VP level.
- Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Creative problem‑solver with the ability to advise others on complex talent challenges.
