We are looking for a highly organised and technically proficient Technical Account Manager to join our team. This role bridges the gap between sales, engineering, and client success—ensuring that customer requirements are accurately captured, solutions are effectively delivered, and relationships are nurtured long-term. You will be responsible for managing the full delivery lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to post-installation ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement

Respond to incoming sales enquiries via email and web platforms.
Conduct remote assessments to understand client technical needs and project scope.
Prepare and issue detailed, accurate quotations and proposals for the customers you will manage.
Follow up on quotes and manage the sales process through to conversion.

Project & Technical Coordination

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical/engineering teams.
Coordinate installation schedules, ensuring engineers are briefed with accurate and timely information.
Track project progress through to completion, resolving any delivery or technical issues swiftly.

Client Support & Relationship Management

Provide regular updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Deliver post-installation support and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, suppliers, and service partners.

Systems & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, project milestones, and documentation.
Be fully conversant with CASH and client portal systems to manage workflows efficiently.

Supplier & Partner Management

Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers.
Manage service partners across the UK and wider Europe to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a technical account management or technical sales role.
Strong understanding of technical project delivery and client relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, client portals, and project tracking tools (e.g., CASH).
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience working with suppliers and service partners across multiple regions is a plus.
