The Teaching Apprenticeship Programme for Science is a Paid Science Teacher Training Course that allows you to work towards your QTS whilst you gain valuable experience within a school. You don’t even have to pay fees! The programme is 2 years long, and you will be supported by experienced teachers and trainers throughout your journey, meaning you will always have someone to turn to for advice whilst you are training.
On our Paid Science Teacher Training Course, you can utilise your natural curiosity and analytical skills gained from your degree to inspire a new generation of thinkers and doers as you develop yourself into a Teacher of the future.

Paid Science Teacher Training Course Entry Requirements:
1. Science Based Degree (Your chosen teaching subject and degree must be in similar fields)
2. Cs or above in Maths and English GCSEs
3. Ideally you will have some experience of working with children (not essential)
4. £100 per day + for the first year
5. Fringe Unqualified Scale 1 – 3 £23,140 - £28,123 per annum (second year during teacher training programme)
