Senior HR Advisor (Progression to HR Business Partner)\nHome-Based entirely | UK Travel (Occasional)\nPrivate Sector | People Services Business | c400+ Employees\nFull-Time | Permanent\n\nSalary: £42,000 + excellent benefits scheme\n\nAre you an ambitious HR professional ready to take the next big step in your career?\n\nWe’re looking for a commercially minded HR Advisor to join our people-focused business and partner directly with one of our key Directors, supporting a population of over 200 employees across the UK.\n\nThis is a career development role – ideal for someone on the rise who is ready to step up to HR Business Partner level within 12–18 months. You'll be fully supported to get there.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * Act as the go-to HR Advisor for a high-profile business unit, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle\n\n * Partner closely with the Director and their leadership team on people strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and ER matters\n\n * Deliver pragmatic, commercial HR advice that supports business goals and enhances our people experience\n\n * Lead and support on HR initiatives and projects – including change, culture, and performance\n\n * Identify opportunities to add value and influence a progressive HR agenda in a fast-moving, dynamic environment\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Solid HR generalist experience in the private sector, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment\n\n * Confident advising managers at all levels, with a commercial mindset and a people-first approach\n\n * Strong ER knowledge and the ability to balance compliance with business pragmatism\n\n * Excellent relationship builder, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves\n\n * Highly motivated, growth-oriented, and keen to develop into a full HR Business Partner role\n\nWhat We’re Not Fussed About\n\n * Qualifications – it’s your experience, attitude, and commercial thinking that count\n\nWhat You’ll Get\n\n * A home-based role with autonomy and flexibility\n\n * Salary of £42,000pa\n\n * 25 days leave + bank holidays (buy and sell 5 days a year)\n\n * Full tech set-up for home based working\n\n * Travel paid at 45p per mile from home\n\n * Clear development path to HR Business Partner within 12–18 months\n\n * A supportive, ambitious, people-centric culture
