Your role As Our Floor Layer:
1. Speak with customers to arrange and complete work, always putting their needs first
2. Leave homes clean and safe, and collect tenant signatures when done
3. Work closely with your team and build strong relationships across Liberty
4. Lay and finish various flooring types including vinyl, linoleum, rubber, timber, cork, and carpet
5. Prepare surfaces, remove minor obstacles, and ensure a smooth foundation before fitting
6. Measure, plan, and order materials needed for each job
7. Follow instructions, drawings, and use measuring tools accurately
8. Cut, fit, and finish flooring around fixtures, matching patterns and designs
