About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Physiotherapist Team Leader to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. The hospital boasts excellent facilities, and you will work alongside professionals who are experts in their field. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist Team Leader to work with outpatients. The role involves managing the outpatient physiotherapy team to ensure effective staffing and high-quality patient care, meeting the needs of the business.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Lead the team across multiple outpatient areas
* Conduct physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of patient caseloads
* Oversee and plan the 6-day outpatient physiotherapy rota
* Provide education and training to the physiotherapy team
* Develop patient treatment plans using clinical reasoning
* Consider patients’ physiotherapy care, risks, and wellbeing
* Manage a clinical caseload, mainly orthopaedic patients
Who we’re looking for:
* HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
* BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
* Leadership or management experience
* At least 2+ years of UK experience
* Eligibility to work and live in the UK
* Experience in a UK hospital environment
