Our client a highly respected regional law firm is seeking a talented legal professional to join their successful Chelmsford branch. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex high-value transactions with direct client contact and genuine scope for advancement.
The Role : Key Responsibilities
* Assist senior lawyers on sophisticated commercial property matters gaining exposure to landmark cases
* Independently manage files: draft contracts, review titles and prepare comprehensive client reports
* Conduct and report on searches (local index map and others) ensuring thorough due diligence
* Oversee exchange of contracts and provide strategic advice to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
* Deliver high-quality proactive legal advice tailored to each clients commercial objectives
What Were Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 45 years PQE in commercial property
* Proven track record of independently managing complex commercial property transactions within a UK law firm
* Expertise in drafting title review and client reporting
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide strategic business-focused legal advice
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
