The Opportunity
We are looking for a Client Success and Sales Consultant who enjoys high-quality conversations, uncovering needs, and guiding people toward the right development pathway. You will speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our programs.
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Speak with warm, pre-qualified leads interested in development pathways
• Run structured conversations to understand goals and barriers
• Provide guidance on programs and support individuals through an informed decision-making process
• Build trust-based relationships that lead to strong client outcomes
• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and schedule with full flexibility
• Take part in ongoing training to build communication and consultative sales skills
