Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Executive located in either our Esher or our Derby office, with some remote work acceptable. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for daily management of the assigned customers' orderbook, co-operating with the Sales Team by monitoring orders, verifying deliveries in line with the targets set by their line manager. They will be expected to build a sustainable relationship with the customer, providing information about both the product and the orders/contracts, including updates whilst offering support and ensuring resolution of any customer complaints. They will ensure daily communication with the Sales Team to ensure the commercial strategy between Sales and Customer Service is aligned.
Qualifications
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience working in customer service role
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Proficiency in SAP
* Knowledge of BI tools such as QLIK an advantage
* GCSE's including Maths and English with further education adventageous.
