Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Significant experience working within an IT helpdesk or service desk environment Demonstrable experience supporting and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cisco Meraki Able to work independently in a demanding environment Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Ability to document procedures clearly and systematically Responsibilities: Take a leading role in developing and maintaining our Cisco-based network estate, ensuring our sites stay connected, resilient, and secure. Work closely with the Head of IT to strengthen our cyber maturity and operational security. Manage and secure our Microsoft 365 environment. Implement Network Segmentation and Least Privilege Configuration. Assist with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning with the Head of IT. Serve as a senior escalation point for infrastructure and security-related issues, working closely with colleagues to keep services running smoothly. Provide support for remote sites and international partners as needed.
