£40,000–£60,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + 30 days’ holiday + hybrid

leAs Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of bespoke technical infrastructure and construction projects, typically involving complex construction, M&E and fit-out elements. You wil

• l:Use recognised project management frameworks (such as APM and PRINCE2) to structure and control projects from initiation through to handove
• r.Scope and initiate projects, test feasibility and define budgets, resourcing and delivery plan
• s.Create clear project schedules and timelines (including Gantt charts) aligned to client requirements and site constraint
• s.Select, lead and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams drawn from internal specialists and external partner
• s.Coordinate all activities to keep projects on programme and within budget, while maintaining high quality and safety standard
• s.Monitor progress, manage change and maintain accurate project reporting for internal stakeholders and client
• s.Identify, assess and mitigate project risks to ensure reliable, on-time deliver
• y.Drive continuous improvement, implementing lessons learned across future project

• ng.Clear, credible communication skills – able to engage with clients, contractors and internal technical tea
• ms.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple projects or workstrea
• ms.A collaborative, team-oriented approach combined with the confidence to lead and challenge where need
• ed.APM/PRINCE2 training or qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential if you can demonstrate equivalent practical experien
• ce.Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Oxford is preferred, as regular time in the office is important to build relationships and stay close to live projec
